COVID- 19 RULES
We are extremely pleased and are looking forward to welcoming you
to TEDxULB 2020 - MISFITS.
In order to guarantee the success of this upcoming event, we count on everyone to be
socially responsible and adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Belgian government and the TEDxULB Team.
RULES

Please stay at home if you develop symptoms of illness.

Wearing a mask is compulsory for everyone from the age of 12.

Stay 1,5 meters from staff and guests, except those who are in your social bubble.

Follow staff instructions and posted directives at the event at all times.

Clean your hands regularly and only touch the items you need.
ON OUR SIDE
The event is organized in compliance with the rules set by the Belgian government and the commune of Etterbeek.

Before and during the event, everything will be cleaned and disinfected.

We will provide hand sanitizer at the entrance, exit as well as other places inside the venue.

We will arrange the reception area in a way, that everyone will easily be able to maintain a distance of 1,5 meters.

We will use visible markings on the ground and organize people’s movements to ensure distancing measures.

Our staff members will closely monitor compliance with COVID-19 guidelines throughout the event and will also be the first point of contact for questions and/or reports.
